Hello, I am an IT gal and business leader who discovered a passion for strategic execution coaching and helping leaders grow and scale their organizations.
On a personal level, I have a bachelor’s degree from Purdue in Computer Information Systems, have been trained as a Metronome United Coach, Mexican food lover, Product Management junkie, Agile enthusiast, and I love spending time at the lake with my family. Meeting new people and learning about what they are struggling with is exciting to me.
Speaking of family, I am a mom to two teens and a tween, and wife to an amazing man. I understand balancing a thriving career and being the mom you want to be is hard to achieve. I have worked hard to get my MBA and PMP with three school-age children and know finding time to breathe can sometimes be difficult. Also, being a woman in business can bring its own set of challenges. As someone who spent a lot of her career in IT, I understand first hand what it is like to be the only female leader in the room and am committed to a culture of diversity.
I had a great career in the corporate world, but I decided to go out on my own so I could help many leaders achieve goals for themselves and their organizations. I have worked with the C Suite of multiple organizations and led initiatives to transform their businesses and align their goals. I was successful in these initiatives because I could build the right relationships and bridge the gap between the people and the technology. Framework wise, I have brought agile into two different organizations and have created high performing teams from the ground up. I also have also lead and managed teams that have created and implemented both off-the-shelf and products from scratch as well as lead a turnaround initiative for a SaaS company. I believe organizational clarity combined with the right framework is the key to success.
